We aim to collect all fridges within 48hrs of a working week.

Important collection requirements

• All fridges that we collect from customers in Lutterworth must have the compressor attached.
• Fridges and freezers must be free of any contamination, including perishable goods.
• If we arrive and any of the above clauses have not been adhered to, we reserve the right to abort the collection and no refund will be given. Please bear this in mind when booking.

Duty of care paperwork
