HazExperts and following and adhering to the latest update from the UK government regarding Coronavirus.

As a business, we need to ensure the safety our customers, our team and the general public.

We are still operating our normal service where possible.  Some collections may encounter delays and all affected customers will be informed of any potential delays at the time of booking.

Our crews will all be wearing PPE including masks and gloves and will all cry hand sanitiser. 

In order to minimise contact we will ask where possible, for customers to bring their waste outside of the premises.  Our driver will then collect the waste and self load it onto the vehicle.  This method will ensure adequate distance is maintained at all times.

Where it is not possible for the customer to brig the waste out - our driver will enter the building and collect the waste, provided that there are no other persons present in the immediate vicinity.  Again this ensures minimum contact between our drivers and anyone else.

In order to eliminate any cross contamination, once the collection is completed, our driver will then remove all PPE and double bag it ready for disposal.

Should our drivers come across a collection that they feel is unsafe due to distancing, over-crowding or any other covid-19 related concerns - we reserve the right to cancel the collection on safety grounds.  Before this happens, we will of course discuss this with customers over the phone to see if we can remedy the situation prior to cancellation
