Magnetic Orange ADR Plate 300 x 400 mm

This magnetic orange ADR plate is designed as a practical temporary alternative to a fixed hazchem orange plate. It is made from strong magnetic flexible sheet, allowing it to be attached and removed easily without drilling or screwing into the vehicle.

ADR plate requirement

Under ADR requirements, all vehicles carrying dangerous goods in packages above the load threshold must display a hazchem orange plate measuring 300 x 400 mm. The required plate must be reflective and weather resistant, and must not become detached from its mount in the event of 15 minutes engulfment in fire. Plates are required to be attached to the front and rear of the vehicle.

Temporary magnetic use

This highly reflective magnetic orange panel is aimed at intermittent users, or for situations where dangerous goods are carried in hired vehicles and fitting standard fixed orange plates would be unacceptable.

Please note: this magnetic plate will not meet the fire engulfment stipulations of the ADR regulations. It should only be seen as a temporary alternative to fixed plates.
